Dear beloved,

One thing we must never do is charging ahead without hearing from God in The Year Of Authority. Spiritual battles are real and is now very intense because the devil knows his time is short.
Rev 12:12 Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!"

To ensure victory in every battle, we must learn submission like the centurion who came to Jesus for the healing of his servant. Just because he himself was a man under authority, therefore he was so confident that his servant would be healed and that was why he told Jesus just to say "the word."
Mat 8:8 … the centurion replied, "Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed.
Mat 8:9 For I too am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. And I say to one, 'Go,' and he goes, and to another, 'Come,' and he comes, and to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."

When we submit to God’s authority, then we will have authority. If Jesus Himself had been submissive unto the Father; what more about us?
Php 2:8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
Php 2:9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name,
Php 2:10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
Php 2:11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Submission may be difficult, yet it is the main reason that enables us to face every scheme of the devil victoriously.

Dear Lord, forgive our rebelliousness. Help us to be submissive unto the authority You set over us. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

亲爱的,
在这权柄的一年里，有一件万万不能行的就是在没有听到神的声音之前就向前冲。属灵战争是很真实的，而且越发激烈因为魔鬼知道他的时候不多了。启示录12：12“所以诸天和住在其中的，你们都快乐吧！只是地于海有祸了，因为魔鬼知道自己的时候不多，就气忿忿地下到你们那里去了。”
要确保每一场战争的得胜，我们必须学习服从就像那位来到耶稣面前要他仆人得着医治的百夫长一样。就是因为他本身是一位服从权柄的人，他非常有信心的告诉耶稣；只要说‘一句话’，那么他的仆人就能得医治。
马太8：8 百夫长回答说：“主啊，你到我舍下，我不敢当，只要你说一句话，我的仆人就必好了。马太8：9 因为我在人的权下，也有兵在我以下，对这个说：‘去’，他就去；对那个说：‘来’，他就来；对我的仆人说：‘你作这事’，他就去作。”当我降服在神的权柄之下，我们就有权柄。如果耶稣已经服从父，我们岂不更应如此吗？腓立比书2：8 即有人的样子，就自己卑微，存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上。9节，所以神将他升为至高，又赐给他那超乎万名之上的名，10节，叫一切在天上的，地上的和地底下的，因耶稣的名无不屈膝，11节，无不口称耶稣基督为主，使荣耀归与天父。
服从或许是难行的，但这是我们能胜过魔鬼一切诡计的最重要因素。
亲爱主，赦免我们的叛逆，帮助我们能够服从你所放在我们上头的权柄。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

Dear beloved,

According to the prophetic voice, our nation will go through changes. And 2012 is the year because the number 12 speaks of Government. Many have experienced a shift of power in the realm of the spirit during our many prayer meetings. Therefore, let us rise and take our position as God’s ordained kings and priests (Rev. 1:5-6). Surely “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD” (Isa 54:17)

It is our Heavenly Father’s desire to see His will be done in Malaysia as it is in heaven. Amen

So beloved, “Be strong, and let us use our strength for our people and for the cities of our God, and may the LORD do what seems good to Him." (1Ch 19:13)
Remember we are in the kairos time of God. And I believe God has chosen us, in this eleventh hours to fulfill His purpose. Let us not make accuses saying we are BUSY which means ‘Bound Under Satan’s Yoke’. We seriously need to consider 1Pe 5:8 said “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour”.

Let us pray that none fall into the trap of the enemies:

Dear Lord, help us to be sober-minded and be watchful. as(Eph 5:16) said, “making the most of the time because the days are evil. (Eph 5:17)Because of this do not become foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is”. Amen.

亲爱的,
根据先知预言的声音，我国将面临锐变。2012年就是锐变的一年。十二这号码是敍述政府。在多个祷告会中，已经有很多人经历了属灵领域里能力的转移。因此，身为神所按立的王和先知们，让我们兴起并站立在各自的冈位上。（啟1：5-6）“凡为攻击你造的器械，必不利用；凡在审判时兴起用舌攻击你的，你必定他为有罪。这是耶和华仆人的产业，是他们从我所得的义。这是耶和华说的。”（以赛亚54：17）这是天父的心愿要看到祂的旨意行在马来西亚如同行在天上。阿们。
因此，亲爱的，“我们都当刚强，为本国的民和神的城邑作大丈夫，愿神凭祂的旨意而行。”（历上19：13）
记住，我们在神标准的时间中。我相信在这关键性的时刻，神已经揀选我们行祂的旨意。让我们别找借口说忙、忙、忙！那是撒但的轭。
我们必须认真地看待彼得前书5：8“务要谨守、警醒，因为你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可以吞吃的人。”
让我们祷告没有人会掉进仇敌的陷阱中。亲爱的主，帮助我们务要谨守，警醒，就像以弗所5：16所说：“要爱惜光阴，因为现今的世代邪恶。17节：不要作糊涂人，要明白主的旨意如何。”阿们。

Dear beloved,

The year 2011 is the year of our journey. So, before we let it slip by, I would like you to recollect some of your personal encounters that have affected you. These may add values to your life which can even change the way you see things. The encounters could be some challenges, pains or happiness and even things that you cherish or dislike. These could become the very foundation of your strength in the years to come. Personally, the “Home Coming” gatherings I attended have broaden my perspective. What men cannot do, God can. We truly experienced the love of Christ shed abroad. Even though many of us met each other for the first time, the brotherly love made us feel like a family.
Dear beloved, if you have grown deeper in the love of Christ, you can never be off track. Love never fails. Let love be our main goal in everything we do to bring us into 2012.
Let us read this prayer of Apostle Paul for the Ephesians’ Church.
Eph 3:14 For this reason I bow my knees before the Father,
Eph 3:15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,
Eph 3:16 that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
Eph 3:17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith--that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18 may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,
Eph 3:19 and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Eph 3:20 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,
Eph 3:21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

一起来看使徒保罗为以弗所教会的祷告。以弗所3：14节；因此，我在父面前屈膝，15节，天上地上的各家都是从他得名，16节，求他按他丰盛的荣耀，藉着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来。17节，使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心有根有基，18节，能和众圣徒一同明白基督的爱是何等长阔高深，19节，并知道这爱是过于人所能测度的，便叫神一切所充满的，充满了你们。20节，神能照着运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。21节，但愿他在教会中，并耶稣基督里得着荣耀，直到世世代代，永永远远，阿们！

It bothers me when I read about what China Daily reported about a woman who was criticized for rescuing a hit and run child accident victim . Her daughter- in- law commented “Is it really so difficult to be a good person?” The people here in our own homeland are no different. More seriously speaking, we can even get into “hot soup” by doing good works! It is not necessary to mention such incidents. It is in the media anyway.

My prayer is that as believers in Christ, we should not be discouraged. The Bible has already warned us about the last days in 2Ti 3:1-3 "But do understand that in the last days there will come times of difficulties. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good."

What then should be our response? Rom 12:11 Never give up. Eagerly follow the Holy Spirit and serve the Lord. And in Rom 12:21 Don't let evil defeat you, but defeat evil with good. Yes we can make a difference.

Let’s pray: Thank you LORD. It is for this reason we are here; to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

亲爱的，

我在中国报的报导中读到关于一位中国妇女因为救了一个被撞后逃的小女孩而被大事批评的事件感到很捆扰。她的媳妇也评论道：“做好人真的有这么难吗？”在我国本土的人民不也一样吗！严格来说，我们很可能因为我们做的好事而把自己陷入‘困境’中。这事虽然不值一提；媒体却已经如此报导了。
身为基督徒，我的祷告是，我们不应该因此感到失落。在提后3：1里圣经已经警惕了我们关于这末世的日子。你该知道，末世必有危险的日子来到。提后3：2 道：“因为那时人要专顾自己、贪爱钱财、自夸、狂傲、旁渎、违背父母、忘恩负义、心不圣洁、3：3 无亲情、不解怨、好说搀言、不能自约、性情凶暴、不爱良善。。。。。”
我们的回应应该如何呢？罗马12：11 ：“殷勤不可懒惰；要心里火热；常常服侍主。”还有就是在罗马12：21 “你不可为恶所胜，反要以善胜恶。”
一起来祷告：感谢主，我们活在世上是为这个原因；要成为世上的光和地上的盐，奉耶稣的名，阿们。

Dear beloved,

What the LORD kept impressing upon my heart for the past few weeks was this, “He is looking for His Bride (Lover)”. He is waiting and longing for His Bride to call up to Him saying “Come” (Rev 22:17) I believe the coming of our LORD JESUS is very soon. He truly wants His Church to be ready.

Beloved, no matter how busy we may be, let us set priority for our LORD, lest we miss His visitation and end up looking for Him but could not find Him like the bride to be in Song of Solomon 3:1-2 "At night on my bed, I look for the man I love. I looked for him, but I could not find him. I will get up now! I will go around the city. In the streets and squares, I will look for the man I love. I looked for him, but I could not find him."

Knowing He can only take us when we are ready, won’t we allow Him to do a deeper work in our lives? Paul in Ephesians 5:25-27 expressively shows us how much the Lord loves us and does everything possible for us so that He can present you and me to Himself as a glorious Bride without spots and wrinkles. Let us say “Yes” to Jesus and tell Him how much we love Him.

Dear beloved LORD Jesus, You are all that our hearts desire. Amen!

亲爱的，不论我们有多么忙碌，让我们的生活中以主为优先，使我们不会错失他的到访；以至于落到要找他却寻不着的下场。正如雅歌3：1所说的一样“我夜间躺卧在床上，寻找我心爱的；我寻找他，却寻不见。” 雅歌3：2 “我要起来，游行城中，在街市上，在宽阔处，寻找我心所爱的。我寻找他，却寻不见。”
我们知道惟有当我们已经准备好了，他才能接我们去，我们会否让他在我们生命中做更深一层的工作呢？保罗在以弗所5：25-27 让我们知道主多么爱我们，为我们舍己使你和我能献给他，作个荣耀、无玷污、没有皱纹和无暇疵的新妇。让我们对主耶稣说“是”,告诉他我们多爱他。
主啊，你是我心所渴慕的，奉耶稣的名祷告，阿们。

Dear beloved,

2Ch 20:20 says “…Believe in the LORD your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed." I sense the prophetic voice over our nation regarding “new season” has grown louder and louder. You hear it when you position yourself in fasting and prayer.

Whether you like it or not, everybody is involved in warfare. Chuck Pierce said “We’ve entered the season called ‘Contending’. So do not, do not, do not back off!” Yet remember, our warfare is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Eph 6:12). Chuck Pierce also said we are to enter into this battle with celebration and rejoicing because in the midst of the warfare coming against us, there will be breakthroughs after breakthroughs for the people in this land. Hallelujah!

LORD we pray, let Your will be done in Malaysia as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Pastor's August 2011 Message

Dear beloved,

There seems to be contentions in the realm over our nation and it is getting more and more intense. It looks like our nation is going through a birth pang and we do not know what will come out of this. But positive changes always come with a price. We may not be politicians or somebody of great influence but we can “Be Agents of Change” as what NECF has declared in this month’s prayer booklet.

Jesus said in Mat 5:13-14 "You are the salt of the earth, …and You are the light of the world”. What better agent, other than salt which makes life taste better? And what brightens up lives in this dark and evil world other than the light?

Beloved, I would encourage you to join in these 40 days of fasting and praying beginning from 7th August to 15th September which is our Malaysia Day. Allow me to speak to you as Mordecai spoke to Esther during one of the most crucial time in the history of Israel. “Est 4:14 For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?"

Most Holy God, as You have said we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, help us to be an agent of change. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.

在我国领土上似乎有争论的事情，而且局势变得很紧张。看来，我国正经历着一场“生产的剧痛”，我们也不知道这之后将要来临的。但是，实际的改变是必须付上代价的。我们也许不是政治家或有影响力的人物但我们可以成为‘改变的动因’；正如基督福音团契在本月导告小册子上所宣告的。
在马太福音5：13-14，耶稣说：“你是地上的盐，世上的光。”还有什么比盐更好的中介使生命变得更有味道呢？在这黑暗和邪恶的世界，除了光，有什么能照亮生命呢？
亲爱的，我鼓励你参与这次从八月七日至九月十五日的四十天禁食祷告。容许我对你说话就像末底改对以斯帖说话一样；当时是在以色列的历史上最关键的时刻。以斯帖记4：14：“此时你若闭口不言，犹大人必从别处得解脱，蒙拯救；你和你父家必致灭亡。焉知你得了王后的位分不是为现今的时刻吗？”

Dear beloved,

This month, as we celebrate our 22nd anniversary, we need to be thankful and rejoice God’s goodness towards us. Let us ponder, if Jesus were to write a letter to us like He wrote to the seven Churches in the book of Revelation, what would you think He would say?
We agree with Elder Chan who sees the three areas that High Praise Assembly needs to build further.
i) We need to grow into MATURITY
(Eph 4:14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.)

ii) We need SUCCESSION (Raising up the second generation)
(Exo 3:6 And He said, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.)

iii) We need EVANGELISM
(Mat 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,)

Dear beloved, let us grow up together, raise our second generation, evangelize and fulfill the Great Commission God has entrusted to us.

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for leading us through all these 22 years. We believe You will lead us to the end. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.

亲爱的，

本月当我们同庆二十二年周年纪念时，我们需要感恩并因着神向我们所施的美善欢欣快乐！让我们思想一下，如果耶稣要写一封信给我们就像在启示录中他写信给七间教会一样，你想他会说些什么呢？

我们认同陈长老所说的，就是高赞教会在以下三方面必须更多着重及加强。

（1）我们必须成长以至成熟的阶段

以弗所4：14 “使我们不再作小孩子，中了人的诡计和欺骗的法术，被一切异教之风摇动，飘来飘去，就随从各样的异端。”

（2）我们必须有继承者(接班人）

出埃及记3：6 “我是你父亲的神，是亚伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神。”摩西蒙上脸，因为怕看神。

（3）我们必须传福音

马太28：19“所以你们要去，使万民作我的门徒，奉父子圣灵的名，给他们施洗。”

亲爱的，让我们一起成长，提拔下一代，传福音和成全神所托附我们的大使命。

亲爱的天父，我们感谢你带领我们走过这二十二年。我们相信你必领导我们到最后。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

Dear beloved,

After celebrating Mothers’ Day, now is fathers’ turn. Sincerely, I would like to post this question. “Will ‘Happy Fathers’ Day’ greetings really make a father happy?” Honestly, not really. In Biblical terms the word ‘father’ means ‘he who begets/bears a child’. So fathers, we have to bear many, many things. Yet, the scripture reminds us in Eph 6:4 “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” and in
Col 3:21 again “Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged”.

What do we do? Now that you are a father, you cannot provoke your children even though you are angry and disappointed. So ‘’ A very Happy Father’s Day.’’
Dear beloved, as a father myself and a priest of the family, let us do as what Heb 12:12 says “Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees.” and Heb 12:13, "and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.”

Our children may be “lamed” by many bondages and weaknesses but we, as priests must minister to them. The reason? So that they will not be put out of joint and surely healing will come. Our God is faithful. Amen.

And now a real “Happy Father’s Day” to all fathers and God bless.

Dear Heavenly Father, You are the greatest Dad and we love You for You have raised up fathers for us. Thank you. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

亲爱的，

庆祝母亲节过后，该到父亲节的时候了。我很想发问：‘父亲节快乐’这句贺语是否能使一位父亲快乐呢？老实说，这可不一定。圣经里‘父亲’一词含有‘他生育孩子’的意思。所以，父亲们，我们必须承担很多的事情。但神的话在以弗所6：4这样提醒我们；“你们做父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，只要照着主的教训和警戒，养育他们。” 还有哥罗西书3：21说道：“你们作父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，恐怕他们失去了志气。”
我们应当怎麼做呢？现在你身为父亲，你不能惹儿女的气；即使是你对他们感到生气和失望。那么，祝你过一个快乐的父亲节。
亲爱的，我们身为父亲和家庭中的祭师，让我们实行像希伯来书12：12所说的：“所以你们要把下垂的手、发酸的腿挺起来；”13节：“也要为自己的脚把道路修直了，使瘸子不至失脚，反得痊愈。”
我们的儿女也许被众多的束缚和软弱使他们‘寸步难行’；但我们身为祭师的必须服侍他们。原因呢？使他们不至歪脚，反得痊愈。神是信实的，阿们。
现在祝所有的父亲们过一个真正快乐的父亲节。
亲爱的天父，你是最伟大的父亲，我们爱你因你为我们兴起了许多父亲。感谢你，奉耶稣的名，阿们。
