Dear beloved,
As election draws near, besides praying, we should seriously take heed to the letter issued by Bishop Ng Moon Hing , the chairman of CFM urging all Christians to vote wisely and vote for a better Malaysia. A president of the United States said, “The wicked rules because good people do not vote”.
Truly, we are reminded in Matthew 5:13-15 "You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house."
God has put us to be above and not to be trampled under anyone’s feet! So beloved, take this responsibility as Malaysian Christians to elect a government that will ensure justice with equity and the well-being of our nation. This is God’s given inheritance for you and your children.
Dear Lord, we pray according to Your Word in Psa 37:9 For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
