Dear beloved,
I got the news from Ps
Robin Johnson that he was robbed in Cambodia while doing God’s work.
Praise the Lord he is well and not injured. May the work of God continue to
flourish through his life. That reminds us about Paul’s letter to the
Corinthians in 2Co 4:8-9 We are afflicted in every way, but not
crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not
forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; .
Dear beloved, I appeal
to you to uphold those who are in the mission field. Hostilities towards God’s
people are real. For this reason our Lord Jesus charged His disciples before
sending them out saying Mat 10:16 "Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of
wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
Seeing the soon coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us set our priorities in response to His
call. Isa 6:8 And I heard the voice of the Lord saying,
"Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said, "Here
I am! Send me."
Hear how He lamented
in Mat 9:37-38 "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his
harvest."
Lord, give us a heart
of passion for the lost. Bless those who are in the harvesting field, be it
local or foreign land. May You protect them from all evils and dangers. In
Jesus most precious Name we pray, Amen.

亲爱的，
听闻罗宾约翰申牧师在柬甫寨做神的事工时被抢劫了。赞美主，他并没有受到伤害。愿神的工作不断地在他生命中发扬光大。这件事提醒我们关于保罗写给哥林多教会的信；哥后4：8，“我们四面受难，却不被困住，心里作难，却不至失望，9节，遭逼迫却不被丢弃，打倒了，却不至死亡。”
亲爱的，我请求你们要拥护那些在外做差传工作的。世人对神子民的敌意是千真万确的。就是这缘故，主耶稣对将要被差遣出去的门徒说，马太10：16，“我差你们去，如同羊进入狼群，所以你们要灵巧像蛇，驯良像鸽子。”
主再来的日子近了，让我们务必优先回应祂的呼召，以赛亚6：8，我听见主的声音说：“我可以差遣谁呢？谁肯为我们去呢？”我说：“我在这里，请差遣我！”
听祂悲叹地在马太9：37说：“要收的莊稼多，做工的人少。38节，所以你们当求莊稼的主，打发工人出去收祂的莊稼。”
主啊，请赐我们对迷失的人有一颗热忱的心。赐福于那些在国内外的莊稼场地收割的人，愿你保护他们脱离凶恶和危险。奉耶稣至宝贵的名祷告，阿们！
