Dear beloved,
As we are celebrating our 27th anniversary
this month, let us continue to pursue these three areas like the
Thessalonians:- Love, Faith and Steadfastness.
2Th 1:3-4 We ought always to give thanks
to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly,
and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.
Therefore we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your
steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the
afflictions that you are enduring.
What is so significant about the Church of
Thessalonians is that their faith grew abundantly,
their love of every one for one another kept increasing
and their endurance and steadfastness in all their
persecutions and afflictions.
The area I feel we need to work on more is
STEADFASTNESS. Most of us lack endurance and that is why we give up easily.
Like seeds that fall on rocky ground, we cannot withstand the heat of the sun.
Mat 13:5-6 Other seeds fell on rocky
ground, where they did not have much soil, and immediately they sprang up,
since they had no depth of soil, but when the sun rose they were scorched. And
since they had no root, they withered away.
For this reason I too pray 2Th 1:11-12 Therefore
we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of the
calling and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work
of faith with power, that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be
glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus
Christ.

至亲的，
由于我们这个月庆祝教会成立27周年，让我们继续追求这三个领域，如帖撒罗尼迦教会： - 爱，信心和坚守。
帖后1:3-4弟兄们，我们该为你们常常感谢神，这本是合宜的；因你们的信心格外增长，并且你们众人彼此相爱的心也都充足。甚至我们在神的各教会里为你们夸口，都因你们在所受的一切逼迫患难中，仍旧存忍耐和信心。
帖撒罗尼迦教会如此显著的是，他们的信心大量增长，他们每个人都对彼此的相爱有增加，在所有的迫害和苦难中，他们有耐力和坚定。
我觉得我们需要更多的工作区域是坚定。我们大多数人缺乏耐力，这就是为什么我们轻易放弃。就像落在石头地上的种子，我们不能承受太阳的热量。
太13:5-6有落在土浅石头地上的，土既不深，发苗最快，日头出来一晒，因为没有根，就枯乾了；
为此，我也祈祷,帖后1:11-12因此，我们常为你们祷告，愿我们的神看你们配得过所蒙的召，又用大能成就你们一切所羡慕的良善和一切因信心所做的工夫；叫我们主耶稣的名在你们身上得荣耀，你们也在他身上得荣耀，都照著我们的神并主耶稣基督的恩。
